Jaden has the facilities, equipment and trained personnel to perform contract in vitro and pilot efficacy or toxicity studies in mice.
In Vitro Studies
Jaden will work with you to evaluate your test article in Jaden's assays or in other standard ELISAs on a contract for services basis. Jaden's assays include the the following tests:

- Chemical agents

- Complement lysis
- Cytotoxic cells, such as cell-mediated cytotoxicity caused by cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL), natural killer (NK), lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells, macrophages, or any other effector cells
- Materials displaying cytotoxic properties
Ziva® Ultra SEAP Plus Assay
Ziva® Ultra SEAP Plus is by far the most sensitive SEAP detection assay available today for monitoring transfection efficiency when used for detecting SEAP reporter gene activity, germ cell biomarker alkaline phosphatase (AP) and stem cell AP biomarker of differentiation. Ziva® Ultra SEAP Plus Kit assay Signal-to-Noise ratio is ~100X, or more, sensitive in detecting both Heat Stable and Non-Heat Stable APs than the next most sensitive chemiluminescent SEAP assay kit available, and far more sensitive than either fluorescent or colorimetric SEAP detection kits. Chemiluminescent assays are by far the most sensitive AP detection assays available.
