Ziva®-CPA vs. 3H-Thymidine Incorporation

Ziva® was compared with the "Gold Standard" of proliferation: tritiated thymidine. P815 mouse mastocytoma cells were pipetted in triplicate wells and labeled in the presence of BrdU (red) overnight. A duplicate plate was labeled with 1 μCi 3H-thymidine/well (blue) overnight. |
