Ziva®-CPA as Directly Compared to Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF)

Ziva® (blue) was compared with a commercially available non-radioactive proliferation assay (red) that uses time-resolved fluorescence to detect the incorporation of BrdU. P815 mouse mastocytoma cells were pipeted to wells of a 96-well plate using serial dilutions. The wells were incubated in the presence of BrdU overnight. Samples were then processed according to either the time-resolved fluorescence assay or the Ziva® assay using an anti-BrdU antibody. RLU, relative light units; RFU, relative fluorescence units. Mean of triplicates ± standard deviation. These assays were read on a multilabel reader with a 6 decade linear dynamic range.
