BrdU-labeled P815 mouse mastocytoma cells (dark blue) were serially diluted into a background of 100,000 unlabeled naive mouse splenocytes (light blue) and assayed with Ziva®. RLU, relative light units. Mean of triplicates ± standard deviation. The Ziva® Flex system was used.
