Jaden BioScience Inc. (Jaden) specializes in developing and commercializing novel ultrasensitive in vitro research diagnostic assays for the scientific and medical communities. Our goal it to provide novel, high quality, easy to use assays that enhance scientific understanding, facilitate drug development, patient treatment and management.
Jaden’s core technology is ultrasensitive chemiluminescent signal generation and detection platforms that have demonstrated sensitivity down to 5 enzyme molecules in 5 microliters. Jaden’s assays are adapted into simple 96 well microtiter plate ELISA formats. This technology is expected to be competitive in analyte detection sensitivity to current target amplification methods such as PCR. However, unlike PCR Jaden’s technology can readily be used to detect either protein or nucleic acid analytes. Jaden believes that ultrasensitive detection of rare proteins will have a significant impact in enabling new scientific discoveries and detecting and monitoring clinically relevant biomarkers.
In addition, Jaden has identified critical normalization factors for all gene expression assays including Microarrays, RT-PCR, and SAGE that can be applied to obtain biologically accurate results. This technology is designed to facilitate the identification of biomarkers and genetic diagnostic markers that can be used in the development of pharmaceutical drugs and ultimately individual patient management.
